Sales and Services Representative
The Calhoun County Visitors Bureau is seeking a part-time Sales and Services Representative. This is a part-time hourly position, some morning, evening and weekend hours may be required, however typical hours are M-F, 1-5p.m. This individual will assist the Director of Sales and Services in promoting Calhoun County as a destination for meetings, conventions, groups, sports and events. In addition, the Sales and Services Representative will coordinate follow-up and servicing of any groups visiting Calhoun County including coordinating group housing. This position works closely with area hotels and facilities.
Qualifications: At least an Associate's Degree is preferred as well as customer service or sales experience. Experience in the hospitality sales and service industry is a plus. Ability to meet and effectively communicate in person and by telephone. Skilled use of the internet and Microsoft Office Software and database management.
